My hair has once again grown to a length that that necessitates a new style. I've been flat twisting my hair to the side with a side part but it's looking odd now.
The one thing I was sure of is that I didn't want to cut my hair if at all possible. I don't mind trimming it, I just don't want to chop it again. My goal is to grow it back out to the length it used to be. Since flat twisting my natural hair has been working. I just decided to change the direction I'm twisting it in.
As you can see, I didn't worry about it being particularly neat. I twisted it in 9 rows.
I took the twists out the next morning with a little cream moisturizer.
Smaller twists gave me greater definition.
I used a little holding product to slick back my edges in the front then I put on a headband to keep it from falling too far forward.
